Export Control Compliance
BOXD Group's activities must comply with all applicable domestic and international trade compliance laws and regulations where the group operates its business.
Trade compliance includes regulations on import and export controls, economic sanctions, embargoes and restrictive trade practices.Employees involved in transactions, such as dealings with sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals, must ensure compliance with applicable trade laws.
Exported products, including equipment, software, and technology, must be classified and must comply with all relevant requirements to obtain all necessary markings, documentation, licenses, and approvals.
For customs declaration purposes, employees must use only the customs brokers approved by the group and must report import customs information accurately, completely, and promptly, providing a detailed and complete product description when classifying goods.
