Compliance Reporting

BOXD Group must be aware of any improper behavior committed by any employee or business partner of BOXD Group or its business partners.Reliable reporting channels help ensure reporting, investigation, disclosure, and appropriate punishment of potential improper behavior, thereby ensuring effective compliance implementation.

Employees can decide whether to report anonymously or with their real names.The Compliance Department, with the support of the Information Technology Department, will take all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the confidential hotline.BOXD will not trace the source of reports or automatically register information about the reporters.All reported information will be kept confidential.  

The compliance hotline "BOXD Listens to Your Voice" is a secure channel for reporting potential violations of integrity and compliance.Reports can be made at any time in a safe, confidential and anonymous manner (either online or by phone).。

Export Control Compliance

BOXD Group's activities must comply with all applicable domestic and international trade compliance laws and regulations where the group operates its business.

Trade compliance includes regulations on import and export controls, economic sanctions, embargoes and restrictive trade practices.Employees involved in transactions, such as dealings with sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals, must ensure compliance with applicable trade laws.

Exported products, including equipment, software, and technology, must be classified and must comply with all relevant requirements to obtain all necessary markings, documentation, licenses, and approvals.

For customs declaration purposes, employees must use only the customs brokers approved by the group and must report import customs information accurately, completely, and promptly, providing a detailed and complete product description when classifying goods.

Data Protection Compliance

BOXD Group places a high priority on data security and privacy protection. By complying with applicable national and regional laws and regulations, and international standards, and taking into account the requirements of regulatory bodies, customers, and industry best practices, BOXD Group establishes and continuously improves an effective, sustainable, and reliable information security and privacy protection management system. The group actively cooperates with relevant governments, customers, and industry partners to jointly address challenges related to data security and privacy protection.

BOXD Group Strictly Processes Personal Information According to the LawIt's important to note that there is extensive legislation on this topic, including domestic laws and laws from other jurisdictions, such as the European Union's Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), which came into effect on May 28, 2020.Therefore, the Group must comply with the privacy laws and regulations of the country where it operates, as well as the laws and regulations of the country where the personal data is processed or located.As such, employees are not permitted to:
